Akriline Roofing panel tiles are produced from pvc and asa with 3-layer coextrioder technology. Usage of Acrylic Roofing:
- Fine-toothed circular saw is used when cutting Akriline Roofing panels for longitudinal purposes.
- When applying Acryline Roofing panels, we must take into account the expansion tolerance; 10mm diameter hole should be drilled from the top point and 5.5mm diameter screws should be mounted together with gasketed washer saddles.
- When applying Acryline Roofing panels, purlin spacing should not exceed 50 cm. In applications to be made on OSB and wood, the product should be mounted on the laths to be placed.
- Nails and hammers should never be used when applying Acrylic Roofing panels; It should be applied with a mounting drill and smart screws and saddles.
- In order to avoid miter problems when applying Acryline Roofing panels, laying should be done in the form of 1st panel top, 2nd panel bottom, 3rd panel top row.
